HARRISBURG – Rep. Jack Rader (R-Monroe) was officially sworn into office, along with 199 other members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, during a ceremony at the state Capitol on Tuesday. Rader is beginning his fifth, two-year term serving the people of the 176th Legislative District, which includes part of Monroe County.
